July 30, 2025 – Madrid Artes Digitales (MAD), in collaboration with global multimedia studio SILA SVETA, unveils its latest immersive exhibition in London: The Legend of the Titanic.

After captivating over 400,000 visitors since opening in Madrid and Munich, the award-winning exhibition is now the largest Titanic exhibition ever staged in London, located just 10 minutes from Central London.
- This groundbreaking 120-minute exhibition uses cutting-edge technology to bring the story of the Titanic to life. Featuring immersive 360° projections, and a moving Virtual Reality tribute to the ship’s heroic musicians, the experience takes visitors on an emotional journey from the ship’s construction to its tragic end.
- Produced by Madrid Artes Digitales in collaboration with SILA SVETA, The Legend of The Titanic is the most awarded immersive exhibition of 2025 winning three Telly Awards and an Eventex Award.
- Visitors explore over 1,500 square meters of digital space, where shifting architecture and ambient soundscapes create a narrative that is both historically grounded and emotionally rich.
This exhibition reflects a unified creative vision, where ideas, visuals, and technology come together seamlessly. SILA SVETA led the development of the show’s visual language, crafting a sequence of cinematic environments that reveal different facets of the story through projection mapping, dynamic lighting, and VR.
Visitors are transported back to 1912 to witness the construction of the Titanic at Belfast’s Harland & Wolff shipyard. From there, they embark on a journey across the Atlantic, exploring the ship’s opulent cabins and elegant corridors in a multi-sensory experience that captures the grandeur and enduring legacy of Britain’s most iconic ocean liner.

At the heart of the experience is a human story that guides guests through the ship’s spaces—offering a personal perspective on the historical tragedy. Massive projections in the 360-degree hall recreate the Titanic on an almost one-to-one scale, while vertical cross-sections reveal intricate interior details and engineering.
The narrative centers on a father and daughter traveling as third-class passengers. Their journey, from the lower decks to the upper levels during the ship’s sinking, drives emotional engagement while showcasing the ship’s interiors and exteriors.
Their story serves as a lens through which audiences connect with the human aspect of the tragedy, making the experience deeply personal.
Character animation plays a vital role, with over 300 animated figures—dockside passengers, ballroom dancers, and crew—bringing the Titanic to life. The main characters are stylized with a comic-book-inspired aesthetic, contrasting with the hyperrealistic environment. This blend enhances emotional storytelling while maintaining historical authenticity.
The Titanic’s sinking is depicted with depth and subtlety, using dramatic tilts, visual metaphors, and a powerful soundscape to convey the gravity of the event. Key moments, including the iceberg collision and final descent, unfold as a breathtaking large-scale visual narrative. The immersive format heightens the emotional impact, making spectators feel the magnitude of the disaster.
A groundbreaking VR experience adds another layer of immersion. One of its most poignant moments recreates the musicians playing as the ship goes down. Filmed against a green screen and seamlessly integrated into a digital scene, this six-minute segment places viewers on deck, surrounded by music that echoes through history.
The original symphonic score, recorded by a full orchestra under the direction of René Merkelbach, enhances the emotional depth. Each scene is paired with compositions that match its tone, while ambient sounds and special effects create a fully immersive experience. For more information, visit www.silasveta.com or legend-of-titanic.com/london
